According to Moskomstroyinvest, the FSBSI M.P. Chumakov Federal Scientific Center for Research and Development of Immune-and- Biological Products of Russian Academy of Sciences may construct three buildings with a surface area of 82.4 thousand square meters in the New Moscow.
At its meeting held on June 29, 2017, the Urban Planning and Land Commission of the City of Moscow headed by the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin agreed to amend the rules of land use and development of the city of Moscow for three plots. Their total surface area is 8.24 hectares. Currently, these plots host the buildings of the Institute.
“According to submitted project, the land plots will be used to build three buildings with a total surface area of about 82,400 sq. m. The buildings are designed to accommodate the scientific laboratories, a pharmaceutical production facility, a warehouse and a garage,” said Konstantin Timofeev, the Chairman of Moskomstroyinvest and Executive Secretary of the Urban Planning and Land Commission.
