On September 23d-30th there took place an international pharm camp of innovation FILIN in Yaroslavl. This year a unique educational project traditionally supported by R-Pharm as a partner collected at its venues 85 students from 29 specialized higher educational institutions of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Strategically the educational session is aimed at the development of students on a par with best practice and transfer of knowledge involving the leading domestic companies. R-Pharm weekly educational program for students is aimed at their intensive studying with the experts and leaders of the industry on the most topical issues connected with drug production and circulation. These are such issues as “Pharm Technology”, “Pharm Economics”, “Development of Medicinal Drugs”, “Rules for Conducting Clinical Trials”, “Patenting”, “Introductions of New Drugs to the Market”. Technological session designed by the structure of the camp provides an opportunity for students to see high- technology production venues and unleash the potential of the cluster of modern pharm industry and innovative medicine of Yaroslavl region. Students can acquaint themselves with R-Pharm investment projects such as production center of finished dosage forms and biotechnological substances (Yaroslavl) as well as “Pharmoslavl” API research and production center (Rostov, Yaroslavl region).
Within R-Pharm thematic day that took place at the venue of Center for Pharmaceutical Technology Transfer the company representatives suggested that the students should have acquainted themselves with series of lectures and trainings; they held HR-sessions for them and competition modules connected with issues of production, technology transfer and drug clinical trials.

I am sure, this is a committed rising generation ready to replace those who have already made a considerable contribution to the development of the healthcare. As the result of the expert evaluation ten students were awarded by special prizes.
