The Pharmasyntez Group, one of three fastest developing Russian pharmaceutical companies, signed a contract with German equipment supplier Bausch+Ströbel.
The subject of the contract is supply of a new equipment, the combination filling line for vials and cartridges, the most up-to-date, high technology and high-performance line in the world, to the Group’s subsidiary Pharmasyntez-Nord in Saint Petersburg (Russia).
Earlier this year Pharmasyntez signed a number of contracts on supply of high-performance pharmaceutical equipment with leading European manufacturers: GEA (Belgium), Romaco (Germany), Bosch (Germany).
The Pharmasyntez Group is a leading pharmaceutical company that develops and manufactures anti-tuberculosis drugs in Russia since 1997. The company produce almost all antitubercular medicines registered in Russia, including new generation medicines. There are 115 products in Pharmasyntez portfolio including hospital antibiotics, antihyperglycemic medicines, and medicines for the treatment of tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis, and oncological diseases.
