R-Pharm has become a leading Russian company in terms of anti-corruption and anti-bribery practices. This follows from the report published by Transparency International for 2017.
The report entitled “Transparency in Corporate Reporting: Assessing Russia’s Largest Companies” was prepared by Transparency International under the same methodology, as its international reports. Traditionally, businesses are assessed in accordance with three criteria, including anti-corruption programs, organizational transparency, and country-by-country reporting.
In the category of “disclosure practices with respect to anti-corruption programs” (anti-corruption programs), R-Pharm was ranked 14th among 193 Russian businesses. It shared this rank with such companies as MegaFon, NOVATEK, and Bashneft, and has the top rank among pharmaceutical manufacturers.
The fact that Transparency International ranked R-Pharm as one of the leaders is the recognition of effective systemic work implemented by R-Pharm to combat corruption in all its forms and establish fair rules of the game.
