Belarus plans to double the sales of its medicines in the market of Tajikistan. This was announced by the Minister of Health of Belarus Valery Malashko.
“Following this visit and based on the reached agreements, we will at least double the sales of medicinal products in Tajikistan. I think that, this year, we will sell for more than a million dollars in Tajikistan,” said the Minister.
He added that the cooperation with Tajikistan in the medical sphere had been in place for a long time.
“Today, we are working in many areas. Of course, this includes the pharmaceutical industry, which has been developed in Belarus over the recent years, and we are ready to share this experience with Tajikistan by establishing, among other things, the joint ventures,” said Valery Malashko.
“The national products are of great interest to the country, this allows us to maintain the optimal price and rather quickly enter the markets of countries that we are interested in. This is the reason why, yesterday in the Ministry of Health, we discussed opportunities to establish joint ventures, in-bulk supplies of Belarusian medicines, and their subsequent packaging in Tajikistan. We are actively looking for partners who will help to quickly implement this project,” said the Minister.
