In the run-up to its official opening, the new research and production facility of Valenta Pharm, a leading Russian manufacturer of medicinal products, received an advanced high-tech digital telecom infrastructure.
The implementation of modern IT solutions will increase by several times the effectiveness of corporate communications in the operating activities of the company. The facility of Valenta now has wired data networks, new Wi-Fi infrastructure, and network security system based on Cisco equipment.
Sergey Bykov, the IT Director of Valenta Pharm, said, “For us, the efficiency and impeccable quality of IT solutions designed to support business processes are very important components. We use advanced technology at every stage – from the development and manufacturing of medicinal products to their shipment to pharmacy chains. We find that it is important to have a modern telecom infrastructure enabling us to effectively operate in a unified communication environment. For example, this includes sterile labs, the so-called “clean rooms” which, in accordance with the pharmaceutical standards, must be encased with metal surfaces and cannot be equipped with local area networks. Arranging the Wi-Fi access in such environment requires complex technological expertise and unconventional approach to problem solving. We are pleased to announce that, together with CROC team, we will speed up our business processes several times by using created digital telecom infrastructure.”
