KCR, a Germany-based contract research organization, has recently become a member of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council. Joining a network of 1,000 life science companies is another step for KCR to strengthen its footprint in the US market.

The CRO moved to a new office in Boston a few months ago to be closer to partners and clients in the heart of the East Coast biotech and pharma hub.

“KCR joins MassBio to contribute with its knowledge and experience to the life science and healthcare industry along with biotechnology companies, academic institutions disease foundations and other organizations. We are very proud of being a part of this network which helps to grow the industry and work on improving patients’ lives. As a participant of the Boston Biotech scene, it is critical for us to be an active part of MassBio,” said Mike Jagielski, President & CEO of KCR.

MassBio is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1985 that represents and provides services and support to the world’s leading life sciences supercluster.
