PASCAL MEDICAL, a resident of Dubna Special Economic Zone, plans to produce its first batch of medical devices in the coming months. The works on start-up and commissioning of high-tech equipment are currently in full swing on the production site.

The capacity of the future production facility owned by PASCAL MEDICAL, a resident of Dubna SEZ, will be 450 million devices a year. The sterile disposable injection syringes will meet all requirements of national and international standards of good manufacturing practices and will be in no way inferior to their imported analogs. Above all, the great advantage of new Russian-made products will be their affordable price for public health institutions of the country.

Currently, the plant is conducting the test runs of equipment and manufactures the pilot batches for testing. So, very soon, the first industrial batch of high-quality Russian-made syringes will be available to consumers. These will include the hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, other health institutions.  High-quality products manufactured and offered at affordable prices by this resident of Dubna SEZ are primarily intended to address the national goal to achieve import substitution of medical devices. The future plans of the company include designing and constructing additional buildings to manufacture other types of disposable medical products.
