During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Government of the Moscow Region and PSK Pharma LLC have signed an agreement of intent, that includes plans for construction of a pharmaceutical plant in the city of Dubna near Moscow.
“We are currently investing in Russia in the area of pharmaceutical business trade and building a plant in the city of Dubna. We are investing 2.3 billion rubles in this project. We will manufacture a biotech product in Russia as part of import substitution. We guarantee that our medicines will be of high quality, while their price will be 30-40% lower,” said Satiya Karm Punia, the founder of PSK Pharma LLC.
The main products planned for manufacturing at the plant include the medicines in the form of microdose powder capsules for inhalation, and also in the form of metered dose inhalation aerosols for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), or overall 60 medicines; medicines in the form of lyophilizates, pre-filled syringes and solutions for inhalations and injections.
