The new master’s educational program is designed for university graduates who have already received their bachelor degree in biology or medicine. For the most successful applicants, the two-year training course in Pushchino State Institute of Natural Sciences can be financed by the state. The students will be involved in advanced studies of genetics, genetic and cell engineering, and master the latest analytical methods in the area of molecular biology. The Department will begin to accept the enrolment applications from July 1. The applicants will have to take an entrance exam in biology and pass a motivation interview with BIOCAD experts. The two-year training course will be provided only on the full-time basis.
“The researchers create our science and technology basis. Therefore, working with young talents is one of the key areas for the personnel policy of BIOCAD. But the point is not just to select the best for our company. By investing in nationwide educational projects in Russia, BIOCAD creates a favorable environment for the emergence, growth and formation of true talents, who in the near future will become the driving force of Russian science and technology,” said Alexandra Glazkova, Vice-President HR of BIOCAD.
This approach allows to meet the needs not only of business structures, but also those of ordinary people. According to a survey conducted by the Institute of Modern Media, 58% of Russians would like their children to work in science or knowledge-intensive industries.
