Eureka BPO announced the launch of pilot operation of PHARDO system for LLC NPO Petrovax Pharm, a leading Russian developer and producer of innovative medicines and vaccines. The project allowed to automate and optimize the procedure for preparing and approving the sections of the registration dossier to accelerate launching of medicinal products to the market.
The automation of business processes will generate the normative documentation library, a single resource for all participants of the process; it is expected that the time for preparing and approving the documents will be reduced by 40%. It is important to note that creating a single dossier is a cross-functional process involving various business units of the company, such as the pharmaceutical production facility, quality service, medical department and drug registration department. Overall, the system is used by more than 70 employees of NPO Petrovax Pharm.
“The implementation of the PHARDO system together with Eureka BPO was performed within a short period of less than nine months. The pilot phase will allow to test and configure the processes of approving the documents for registration dossier prepared both for registration in Russia, as well as in EAEU members and other countries, according to the requirements of regulatory authorities and the legislation. In our company, this is the first project to automate business processes for drug registration,” said Elena Arkhangelskaya, CEO of NPO Petrovax Pharm.
