Bytosh – a town in Bryansk region – will locate construction of a new production facility for manufacturing of ampoules for pharmacy. The project investor is a German company, which will contribute 4 billion rubles to the project.
“The German investor is already implementing a similar project in Nizhny Novgorod, though the ampoules are made of imported workpieces there, while Bryansk region will master manufacturing of ready items from stem glass – thin glass tubes produced locally at the same manufacturing site,” said Sergey Lysenko, Head of Department for Economical Development of Bryansk region.
He has pointed out that Bryansk affiliation of Moscow Endocrine Plant, which construction is expected to start in the region this year at the former site for destruction of chemical weapons, might become one of the buyers of the ampoules. Investments in the pharmaceutical production will exceed 6 bln rubles and raw material for the drugs produced at the plant will replace 70 % of the imported supplies.
